Step by step directions for Lucky Clover Design "A Nail with a Lucky Girl Attitude"!
Once the nail is prepared and primer has been applied choose the right form for the finger and apply.
1. The Marble technique requires applications of small wet balls one on top of another in all directions. As they flow- a unique design will be forming.
For this design we will be using all the Dazzle Rock powders from the "Lucky Girl Collection. Be sure to line up all the colors: Dazzle Rocks Prizma Powder- "Lucky in Love", "Lucky Charm" and "Lucky Girl" from the "Lucky Girl Collection"
Prizma Powder- "French Pink", "Ca$h" &"Haute Green Neon"
Competitive Edge Powder- Crystal Clear
Dazzle Rock Glitter- "Lucky Star" from the "Lucky Girl Collection"
Note: Pre-Mix the Dazzle Rocks Lucky Star Glitter in a separate container (1 DR Glitter to 3 Clear) to have it ready.
2. Pour some of your favorite
Tammy Taylor Nail Liquid into the White Prizma Dappen Dish.
3. Start the application with your favorite color and follow fast with the others. See video. Shape the smile line and free edge. To keep the glitter on the free edge seal with a ball of Competitive Edge Crystal Clear nail powder. Apply French Pink to the nail bed to finish the nail.
4. Once the nail is dry file it with a 180 grit Zebra file.
5. Buff with a Clean Finish buffer and wash.
6. Use the White Gel Paintz and form a series of independent petals, each set will shape a heart and 2 sets make a clover. Quick cure each for 2sec. under a UV or LED light. Once the last petal is done cure the whole design for 2min. under a UV light or 1 minute under an LED light.
7. Apply enough "Clean- it" on a "Wipe It" to thoroughly clean the nail.
8. Using the Bold Striper Brush and white and silver paint outline the details of the clover. Using the Dotting Tool finish the details of the design.
9. Seal the design with Top Gel+ and cure for 2 minutes under a UV light or 1 minute under an LED light.
10. Apply enough "Clean- it" on a "Wipe-It" to thoroughly clean the entire surface of the nail.
11. To finish, apply Tammy Taylor Conditioning Cuticle Oil to nourish the nail.
