I just loved Kellie and her salon was beautiful...

I just loved Kellie and her salon was beautiful. She and her salon was Tammy Taylor all the way. She even has Tammy’s poster painted as a mural behind her nail station. I was so very impressed with the way her husband had built her salon on their sunroom porch that I could not wait to show Tammy. I took a lot of pictures and brought back Kellie’s service menu and business card so Tammy could see everything.

Tammy was absolutely correct to refer me to Kellie, as she does beautiful nails. Thank you Tammy and Kellie!

Jump-start your business

Editorial: Jump-start your business
By Tammy Taylor
“I would like to share with you the Tammy Taylor Business Nail Tip of the week”

You must stay on top of your business and do as many clients as possible every day. Don’t let any call-ins book for tomorrow if you can get them in today!

When you have openings today call your clients on schedule for tomorrow, as they might want to get in a day earlier. Also, ask them if they would like an extra service like a pedicure, manicure or a new full set.

Keep every day booked and do not worry about tomorrow because today is yesterdays’ tomorrow! I know you will always make more money by the end of the week this way!

If you try to pace yourself by saving clients for the next day, when you could do them today, you won’t have any openings when new clients call in. And if you don’t take on any new clients, eventually your clientele will start dropping because people move or stop getting their nails done.

So start today! Don’t wait! Get today booked so you can make more money!
